Refund policy

Every order from Kaiffeinated is packed with intention and care. No rushing, no shortcuts. And because most items offered are smol, shipping them back and forth isn't worth the carbon footprint, which means all sales are considered FINAL.

BUT! If you're unhappy with your order, email me directly at hello@kaiffeinated.com with your order number and photos, and I'll do my best to make it right. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

A few things to know:

• We don't offer exchanges at this time.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If a return is accepted, we'll refund the cost of the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

• Items must come back in their original condition, with all original packaging.
