How long until my order ships?
I'm so giddy for it to get to you, too! Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Everything is packed by hand (by me!). You'll receive an email as soon as it ships!
Oh no! I put the wrong address!
Email me at hello@kaiffeinated.com with your order number within 24 hours of purchase. I'll do everything I can to help, but once an order ships, it's out of my hands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I'd love to send a little joy your way wherever you are! Shipping costs and timelines vary by location, and any customs fees are the receiver's responsibility.

My order arrived damaged
Oh no! Please email me a photo within 3 days of delivery and I'll make it right. As much as I try to make sure everything arrives safely, these things can happen on the journey to you.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! I'd love to work with shops who share the same love for human-made goods. Learn more about our wholesale process here.

Are your items limited edition or restocked?
What's in the shop are limited edition, made in small batches. Once they sell out, they're retired, so if you love it, it's best to grab it while it's here.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Not usually. If there's a lot of love (and requests!) for a piece, I'll sometimes bring it back for a limited restock.

Do you use AI in your designs?
I'm v proud to say no. Every design is drawn, inked, and dreamed up by hand. No AI involved, ever.
